Kim Kang-woo Reunites with Hur Young-man After 18 Years, Recalling 'Sikgaek' Memories

Actor Kim Kang-woo shared a special reunion with cartoonist Hur Young-man after 18 years.

On the TV Chosun program 'Sikgaek Hur Young-man's White Rice Trip,' which aired on the 7th, Kim Kang-woo appeared as a guest and explored Seoul's best eateries with Hur Young-man. The cartoonist asked Kim Kang-woo, 'Are you ready?', to which the actor responded by revealing a truck filled with fresh vegetables, marking a heartwarming reunion.

The two reminisced about their time filming the movie 'Sikgaek,' sharing stories they hadn't had a chance to tell. They exchanged compliments, noting each other's unchanging appearances. Kim Kang-woo, a regular at a makguksu (buckwheat noodle) restaurant, shared his criteria for a good eatery: 'The sincerity put into the food and cleanliness are important.'

Kim Kang-woo debuted in 1999 with the film 'Whispering Corridors 2.' He has since delivered memorable performances in numerous films including 'Sikgaek,' 'The Devotion of Suspect X,' 'Money,' 'Haemoo,' and 'Innocence.'
