'How Do You Play?' 80s Seoul Music Festival Challengers Unveil Bold Song Choices!

The much-anticipated '80s Seoul Music Festival,' featured in the latest episode of MBC's 'How Do You Play?', has revealed the song selections of its talented contestants. The episode showcased a preview event held a week before the main performance, bringing together artists like Park Myung-soo, Lalal, Solar, Park Young-gyu, Jung Sung-hwa, Lee Juck, Ha Dong-kyun, Yoon Do-hyun, Choi Jung-hoon, Lee Yong-jin, Woojoo, Choi Yu-ri, Liz, and Lee Jun-young.

Park Young-gyu chose Song Chang-sik's 'We Are,' explaining that the song's timeless lyrics and melody resonate across generations and hold personal significance from his musical theater days. Park Myung-soo surprised many by selecting Yoo Jae-ha's 'Because I Love You.' He admitted to taking piano lessons to prepare and expressed confidence, noting that the song's inherent quality would provide a buffer even if his performance wasn't perfect.

Lee Juck, Woojoo, and Ha Dong-kyun are still deliberating their choices. Lee Juck shared his struggle to find suitable 80s duet songs, especially for male duos, even spontaneously singing Lee Nam-yi's 'I Want to Cry.' Woojoo is torn between Park Sun-joo's 'By Ear' and Lee Seung-chul's 'Last Concert,' while Ha Dong-kyun is considering Spring Summer Fall Winter's 'Someone's Dream' and Shinchon Blues' 'Alleyway.' Ha Dong-kyun also captivated the audience with an impromptu duet of 'Alleyway' with Yoon Do-hyun.

Dindin and Haha were unable to attend due to prior commitments.
