South Korean actor Yoo Ah-in, who has been embroiled in a drug use controversy, was recently spotted in public alongside acclaimed director Bong Joon-ho and DJ Peggy Gou. The photo, shared by Peggy Gou on her social media on the 3rd, shows the trio posing together at a party. Yoo Ah-in, dressed in all black and wearing a cap pulled low, was seen smiling brightly, marking his first notable public appearance since his legal troubles.

Yoo Ah-in was previously indicted without detention in October 2023 for allegedly illegally administering propofol 181 times between September 2020 and March 2022, and obtaining illegal prescriptions for sleeping pills 44 times from May 2021 to August 2022. While he was initially sentenced to one year in prison and a 2 million won fine at his first trial, he was released after five months following an appeal that resulted in a suspended sentence of one year in prison, two years of probation, and a 2 million won fine.
