SEVENTEEN's S.COUPS x MINGYU Unveil 'HYPE VIBES' Comeback Schedule, Igniting Fan Excitement

SEVENTEEN's special unit, S.COUPS and MINGYU, are gearing up for their first mini-album, 'HYPE VIBES,' and have just dropped a detailed content schedule to tease fans.

Pledis Entertainment revealed the promotion timeline on SEVENTEEN's official social media channels on the 4th. Starting August 8th, fans can expect a series of official photos in 'BUDDY' and 'COMBI' versions, followed by the tracklist, track sampler, highlight medley, and two official music video teasers leading up to the album's release on August 29th.

The album title, 'HYPE VIBES,' signifies a passionate and free atmosphere where anyone can connect and enjoy together. The unique alien characters 'KUTE' and 'MANTE,' previously seen in the trailer, also make an appearance in the scheduler, adding a distinctive touch to S.COUPS and MINGYU's individual charisma.

In parallel, the full group SEVENTEEN is set to commence their 'SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_]' in Incheon on August 13th, followed by dates in Hong Kong, five North American cities, and a four-dome tour across Japan later in the year.

S.COUPS (CHOI SEUNG CHEOL), as the leader of SEVENTEEN and the hip-hop team, commands the stage with powerful raps and charisma. MINGYU (KIM MIN GYU), a member of the hip-hop team and known for his visuals, is a multi-talented artist involved in songwriting, composing, and even producing. This unit project promises to showcase a different musical spectrum and chemistry compared to their group activities.
