Singer Lee Hyori has announced a new policy at her yoga studio in Yeonhui-dong, Seoul, requesting students to arrive 20 minutes before class begins.

A post on the official social media account for Hyori's yoga studio shared a photo of the spacious practice room with a stunning view, accompanied by the message, "From today, we will enter 20 minutes before practice." The expansive space appears suitable for group sessions.

Arriving 20 minutes prior to class is essential for a safe and focused practice. This allows participants to warm up their bodies with deep breathing and light stretching, preventing strain on muscles and joints from sudden movements. It also aids in calming the mind through meditation and ensures a smooth session by allowing time for pre-class instructions and mat setup.

During the studio's opening in Seoul, Lee Hyori had mentioned, "While the yoga studio in Jeju was a place where people could come and go comfortably without reservations, it will operate on a reservation basis in Seoul," adding, "This fervor will eventually subside, so let's all continue practicing calmly without getting tired until then."

Meanwhile, Lee Hyori recently relocated from Jeju Island to Seoul, where she is balancing her yoga and music activities. To maintain focus during practice, the studio prohibits filming during classes and only allows group photos after the session concludes.

Lee Hyori debuted as a member of the girl group Fin.K.L. in 1998, achieving immense popularity.

She later transitioned to a solo career, releasing numerous hit songs like '10 Minutes' and 'U-Go-Girl', establishing herself as a top sex symbol in Korea.

More recently, she garnered significant attention with her husband, Lee Sang-soon, on the JTBC reality show 'Hyori's Homestay'.
