Veteran actor Han Suk-kyu has shared his sincere thoughts on the social messages embedded in the upcoming tvN drama 'Mr. President Project' (working title).

At the production presentation held online on the 8th, director Shin Kyung-soo stated the drama's aim is to provide warmth and comfort to viewers in an era lacking communication, inspired by the initial proposal's message about the need for such a drama in our current times.

Han Suk-kyu expressed his sorrow over the extreme outcomes and pronounced divisions, like the '갑 (gap/superior)' and '을 (eul/inferior)' dynamic, prevalent in society today. He specifically mentioned recent conflicts between franchise headquarters and store owners, and he hopes the character of 'Mr. President' can serve as a mediator, offering viewers a chance to reflect during these challenging times. The drama is set to premiere on September 15th at 8:50 PM KST.
