According to media reports on the 14th, Tae Jin-ah listed the building, which he purchased in February 2013 for approximately 4.7 billion won (including taxes). The property spans one basement level and five above-ground floors.

The building currently houses a directly managed cafe and restaurant on the first floor, and the third floor serves as the office for Tae Jin-ah's agency, Jin Ah Entertainment.
