Jang Woo-young, a member of the popular K-pop group 2PM, is making a comeback as a solo artist after a significant hiatus. His third mini-album, titled 'I'm into,' is set to be released on the 15th at 6 PM KST. This marks his return to mini-album releases after a seven-year and five-month gap since his second mini-album 'When We Break Up' in 2018, generating immense anticipation among fans.

The album 'I'm into' features a total of five tracks, with the title song 'Think Too Much (Feat. DAMINI)' leading the lineup. Woo-young has once again showcased his prowess as a singer-songwriter by being credited on all tracks. Reflecting on the title track, he shared, "I thought about people who would enjoy seeing the 'Woo-young playing on stage' and that became the 'kick' for this album." He candidly discussed his desire to pursue perfection throughout the album production process, despite facing tight deadlines and internal struggles about artistic compromise.

Woo-young explained that the album's title, 'I'm into,' signifies being engrossed in something, and he aimed to convey a narrative of such engrossment. He emphasized the importance of telling his own story through his music and credited advice from fellow members and those around him for boosting his confidence. He particularly highlighted his experience on the variety show 'Doraver' as a catalyst for significant personal transformation.

He expressed his affection for 'Doraver,' stating, "The 'Doraver' filming set feels like a place to relieve stress, and the members are like a second 2PM." Although initially struggling to adapt to the show, he gradually regained his confidence with the support of the members and the production team, eventually becoming a key figure. He added that the mutual care among the members allows them to express themselves more freely.

In addition to his comeback, Jang Woo-young is scheduled to hold his solo concert '2025 Jang Woo-young Concert < half half >' on the 27th and 28th, further engaging with his fans.

Jang Woo-young debuted in 2008 as a member of 2PM, serving as a main dancer and sub-vocalist. His solo career officially began in 2017 with the mini-album 'PARTY SHOTS,' and he has consistently explored his musical identity since then. The upcoming album 'I'm into' is expected to highlight his evolving musical spectrum and artistic growth.
