Veteran singer Yoon Do-hyun has shared joyous news with his fans, announcing he received a 'no issues found' verdict in his latest health check-up, one year after being declared cancer-free.

Posting on his Instagram on the 8th with a photo from the hospital, Yoon Do-hyun wrote, 'A year later, my re-examination thankfully shows no problems. I'll manage myself diligently until next year, and I'd be grateful if I could live even a little healthier, making even a little more music.' He also extended his well wishes, adding, 'I pray for everyone's health.'

Yoon Do-hyun had previously revealed his battle with extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma, a rare type of cancer, which he fought for three years starting in 2021. After overcoming the arduous treatment and achieving remission, he made a successful return to music, releasing YB's new EP 'Odyssey' in February and resuming live performances.

Yoon Do-hyun is a highly respected figure in the South Korean rock scene, initially debuting with the band Next in 1994. He later reformed his own band, YB (formerly Yoon Do-hyun Band), which has produced numerous hit songs like 'I Am a Butterfly' and 'Love Two'. Known for his powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence, he remains a beloved national singer who has consistently entertained audiences for decades.
