The National Forensic Service has released preliminary autopsy findings for Daedoseogwan (real name: Na Dong-hyun), a prominent first-generation YouTuber, stating there are no signs of criminal activity. Police are focusing their investigation on the possibility of death due to a pre-existing medical condition, given the deceased's past complaints of heart-related pain.

Daedoseogwan was found deceased at his home in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 6th. Authorities confirmed that no suicide note or evidence of a crime was found at the scene. The investigation is proceeding with the assumption of death by illness, pending the final autopsy report.

However, the situation has been marred by secondary victimization, with some YouTubers spreading baseless conspiracy theories and sensationalized content following his passing. Netizens are strongly condemning these actions, urging creators to respect the deceased and his family and to refrain from exploiting his death for content.

Na Dong-hyun, widely known as Daedoseogwan, began his YouTube career in 2011, quickly becoming one of the platform's pioneering figures in South Korea. He was celebrated for his diverse content, ranging from gaming streams to engaging talk shows. In 2022, he announced his divorce from fellow YouTuber Yum Yumdeng.
