The celebrated 10th anniversary production of the musical 'Frankenstein' is set to thrill audiences once again, this time on the big screen. 'Frankenstein: The Musical Live' brings the acclaimed Korean musical, which has captivated audiences since its 2014 premiere, to cinemas worldwide.

This cinematic adaptation captures the emotional final performance of the 'Victor Frankenstein/Jacques' role by Kyuhyun and the 'Henri Dupré/Monster' role by Park Eun-tae from the 10th-anniversary run. The production itself has been lauded for its dual-role casting, maximizing character contrast and thematic depth, and has cemented its status as a hit in the Korean musical scene.

EMK Musical Company's CEO, Kim Ji-won, explained at the press conference that Park Eun-tae, a veteran of the original production, has virtually defined the roles of Henri and the Monster, shaping the characters significantly. Kyuhyun, who joined in the fourth season and the 10th anniversary, offered a fresh dynamic, and their pairing proved exceptionally popular, prompting the decision to film their limited final show.

'Frankenstein: The Musical Live' is scheduled for an exclusive release in Megabox cinemas on the 18th, offering fans a chance to relive the magic of this beloved musical.
