ATEEZ Heightens Anticipation with Cinematic Teaser for Japanese Full Album 'Ashes to Light'

Global K-pop sensation ATEEZ has completed its comeback preparations for Japan with a movie-like music video teaser.

On the 15th at midnight KST, their agency KQ Entertainment released the teaser for the music video of 'Ash,' the title track from ATEEZ's second full-length Japanese album, 'Ashes to Light.'

The released video immediately captured attention, starting with Yoonho breathing heavily in darkness. Subsequently, scenes of the members wandering in search of 'new hope from hardship,' as suggested by the album title, unfolded sequentially, creating a breathless tension.

The teaser concludes with the members approaching Yoonho, who is lying on the sand, and Yoonho escaping from an overturned car as the lyrics "I'm dancing in the Ash" play, leaving a powerful impression.

The teaser video, characterized by a mysterious and dreamlike mood akin to a fantasy film, combined with ATEEZ's enhanced visuals and sensual direction, has pushed expectations for the upcoming album to a zenith.

'Ashes to Light' marks ATEEZ's return to a full-length Japanese album approximately 4 years and 6 months after their first full album, 'Into the A to Z,' released in 2021.

The album boasts a total of 9 tracks, including five new songs: the title track 'Ash,' '12 Midnight,' 'Tippy Toes,' 'FACE,' and 'Crescendo,' along with four previously released tracks: 'NOT OKAY,' 'Days,' 'Birthday,' and 'Forevermore.'

ATEEZ kicked off their 2025 Japanese tour 'IN YOUR FANTASY' on the 13th, concluding their Saitama performances. They will hold a comeback showcase on the 17th, the release day of 'Ashes to Light,' to meet with local fans. Following this, they will continue their tour in Nagoya on the 20th and 21st, and in Kobe on October 22nd and 23rd, maintaining the fervent energy.
