Park Soo-hong's Wife Kim Da-ye Shares Incredible 33kg Weight Loss Secrets
Kim Da-ye, the wife of South Korean broadcaster Park Soo-hong, has revealed the secrets behind her astonishing 33kg weight loss, shedding pounds from 90kg down to 57kg.
In a YouTube video uploaded on July 7th to the channel 'Park Soo-hong Happy Da-hong', Kim Da-ye shared her journey. "I lost 33kg, going from 90kg to 57kg, regaining my health and gaining confidence," she stated. "This video isn't just for aesthetic purposes; I wanted to share a healthy way to diet."
The key to her weight loss, she explained, was consuming probiotics on an empty stomach. "I took probiotics every single day on an empty stomach. I wouldn't even eat if I forgot to take them," she admitted. "I previously suffered from intestinal inflammation and a weakened immune system, but probiotics greatly helped in improving my constitution." She initially took six pills a day and now maintains about three.
After recovering her health, she incorporated a spoonful of olive oil on an empty stomach, along with lemon and detox juices. Regarding her diet, she emphasized, "I ate everything I wanted, but focused on portion control. Extreme diets didn't make me happy. Sustainable methods are more important than starving."
Instead of intense exercise, Kim Da-ye focused on physical rehabilitation and swimming to regain her stamina. "After childbirth, my body was weak, making exercise difficult. Now, I swim about once a week to balance my body," she explained. To combat potential skin sagging from rapid weight loss, she also underwent "skin elasticity management about once a month."
In conclusion, Kim Da-ye stressed, "Dietary supplements are just supplements. The most important thing is consistent management through healthy methods that suit you," highlighting the significance of a "healthy diet" without overexertion.
Korean netizens reacted positively to Kim Da-ye's revelations, with many expressing admiration for her dedication and the healthy approach she took to weight loss. Comments like "Her determination is amazing!" and "It's inspiring to see she focused on health, not just looks" were common.
