JTBC's recently concluded variety show, 'One Meal Show' (한끼합쇼), has been embroiled in controversy following reports of unaired footage involving actors Kim Seung-woo and Kim Nam-joo. It was revealed that a segment featuring Lee Jin-wook and Jung Chae-yeon visiting the celebrity couple's home was filmed but never broadcast due to Kim Seung-woo being under the influence of alcohol. Kim Seung-woo's agency, The Queen AMC, confirmed the actor's state but clarified that filming lasted only 30-40 minutes before they requested an understanding from the production team, refuting claims of a three-hour shoot. JTBC has yet to release an official statement regarding the matter.

Amidst this controversy, veteran comedian Lee Kyung-kyu, known for creating the original 'Let's Eat Dinner Together' (한끼줍쇼), seized the opportunity to playfully critique 'One Meal Show' on SBS's 'One Shot Project - My Turn.' During a segment, Lee Kyung-kyu quipped to fellow entertainer Tak Jae-hoon, "Isn't 'One Meal Show' just riding on the coattails of 'Let's Eat Dinner Together,' which I created?" This sparked a humorous exchange with Tak Jae-hoon and Kim Won-hoon, delighting viewers with their candid on-screen banter.

'One Meal Show' aired its final episode on October 26th but has announced plans for regular programming within the year. The unaired footage dispute, coupled with Lee Kyung-kyu's timely remarks, has generated significant discussion among viewers regarding the show's format and the realities of variety show production.
