Get ready for an explosion of fresh talent as the 2025 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA) reveals its highly anticipated 'Rookie' lineup. Scheduled for November 14-15 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon, this year's ceremony is set to highlight the next generation of K-Pop superstars.

The official announcement includes a dynamic roster of rising idols: MIAO, AHOP, All Day Project, Kiki, Kickflip, Close Your Eyes, Hearts to Hearts, and the SMTR25 project team. These groups are poised to make a significant impact, showcasing their unique charms and performance prowess on the KGMA stage.

MIAO, who achieved success with their debut EP's double title tracks 'Hands Up' and 'Drop Top,' is set to impress. AHOP, formed through the SBS audition program 'Universe League,' made a remarkable debut with their first EP 'Who We Are,' achieving over 360,000 pre-order sales. All Day Project, a co-ed group, caused a stir by topping music charts immediately upon their June debut with double title tracks 'Famous' and 'Wicked,' captivating global fans with their trendy music and stylish performances.

Kiki, who debuted in February with 'I Do Me,' has cemented their status as a leading 5th-generation girl group with subsequent hits like 'Dancing Alone.' Kickflip, emerging in January, has already graced the stage at Lollapalooza Chicago, proving their global potential. Close Your Eyes achieved a record for the fastest music show win for a debut boy group in the 2020s with their April debut song. Hearts to Hearts, SM Entertainment's first new girl group in five years, broke records for debut album first-week sales with their single 'The Chase,' solidifying their position as a next-gen favorite.

The inclusion of SMTR25, a 25-member project team expected to form SM Entertainment's next boy group, is generating immense excitement, marking their first official stage in Korea. Fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting their debut performance, with expectations high for potential future debut members to be revealed.

The 2025 KGMA promises a grand celebration of diverse music genres, including K-Pop, bands, and trot. Red Velvet's Irene, KISS OF LIFE's Natty, and actress Nam Ji-hyun will host the event.
