It has been 15 years since Woo Jong-wan, a fashion creative director and broadcaster, left the world.

Woo Jong-wan passed away on September 15, 2012, at the age of 46. The cause of death and the exact time were not confirmed, with associates at the funeral parlor stating they had nothing to say about the cause.

A broadcasting industry insider, who was acquainted with the deceased, mentioned that it was difficult to ascertain the circumstances leading to his death, as he had been in seclusion and inactive externally following his involvement in a hit-and-run incident.

Woo Jong-wan began his career in the fashion industry in the 1990s, establishing himself as a sought-after fashion creative director for top stars like Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung. He ventured into broadcasting in 2008 and gained significant attention after appearing on MBC's 'Infinite Challenge' in 2009 for the 'Project Runway' segment.

He further increased his public recognition by participating in 'Infinite Challenge's '2011 Challenge! Calendar Model' in 2010. He was active in various shows such as 'Talk & City,' 'Korea's Next Top Model,' and 'The Birth of a Rich Man,' before halting all broadcasting activities after a drunk driving hit-and-run incident on November 15, 2011, which caused controversy.
