Park Chan-wook's highly anticipated new film, 'Fillet of a Fish,' set to premiere on October 24th, is generating excitement with the promise of unique entertainment driven by its diverse cast of characters.

The movie tells the realistic story of Mansu (played by Lee Byung-hun), an ordinary office worker whose life was once fulfilling, as he plunges into a fierce battle for re-employment after an unexpected layoff, all in an effort to protect his family and home.

During his struggle, Mansu encounters Seonchul (played by Park Hee-soon), the successful section chief at a paper company thriving amidst economic recession. Seonchul's seemingly perfect life, often showcased on social media, sparks both admiration and envy in Mansu. Director Park described Beommo as "an analog person who enjoys old music," and Sijo as "someone who shows the softer side of Mansu." The synergy created by these distinct characters, each facing their own challenges, is expected to deliver an unprecedented cinematic experience.
