Apink's Oh Ha-young Reveals She Was Forced to Appear on 'Law of the Jungle' Under Threat

Apink member Oh Ha-young is making headlines after recounting her challenging experience on the variety show 'Law of the Jungle'.

During a recent appearance on the YouTube channel 'Xiu Minnie's Ramen Shop' on the 16th, Oh Ha-young and fellow Apink member Park Cho-rong shared candid stories.

When asked about which Apink members were most active in variety shows, Oh Ha-young mentioned, "Eun-ji, Bo-mi, and Nam-joo unnies are very energetic and funny, so they seemed to appear on many shows."

Upon inquiries about participating in 'Law of the Jungle', Park Cho-rong stated, "Honestly, I really wanted to go, so I volunteered. The most difficult part was not being able to wash. However, we went to Fiji, a beautiful location, so it was relatively less strenuous."

In contrast, Oh Ha-young revealed a more difficult time, sharing, "I think I cried all the time. Although the women's special made it more fun, as the youngest, I struggled to adapt despite the members' kindness. Heavy rainfall caused blisters on my legs, and my feet were badly damaged."

When Xiu Minnie questioned if her participation was voluntary, Oh Ha-young frankly replied, "No." She further elaborated, "The CEO at the time, who is no longer with the company, threatened me, saying, 'If you don't do this, I'll cancel all your schedules.' So, I had no choice but to appear."

Park Cho-rong expressed her surprise upon hearing this, as she was unaware of the situation.

Oh Ha-young added, "He's not with the company now," confirming her reluctant appearance due to the CEO's coercion.
