It has been revealed that former 'Running Man' cast member Jeon So-min has maintained contact with the production team and continues to send in game ideas, drawing significant attention.
During the 'Time Attack Reward and Punishment Fighter' race aired on SBS's 'Running Man' on the 7th, the first game presented was 'Sing Along 3-Minute Cooking.' The production team announced that this game was suggested by former member Jeon So-min, immediately capturing everyone's interest.
Upon hearing her name, Kim Jong-kook inquired if they were still in touch with So-min. The production team explained that she consistently stays in contact and occasionally sends game suggestions. Ji Suk-jin expressed a desire for her to return, suggesting they ask her to appear, while Yoo Jae-suk humorously remarked, 'She should just come and do it herself.' Choi Daniel jokingly questioned if So-min received payment for her ideas, adding to the laughter.

Jeon So-min departed 'Running Man' in November 2023 after approximately six years and seven months to focus on her acting career. Despite facing challenges with malicious comments from some international fans and health concerns prior to her departure, she actively participated and showcased her strong bond with the members upon her return. The production team had previously hidden the viewer suggestion board to protect her from excessive criticism.
