Kim Go-eun and Park Ji-hyun Share Deep Bond Forged on 'Workman' Set
Actors Kim Go-eun and Park Ji-hyun, who appeared on 'Workman - Manual Labor,' revealed the strong connection they developed during filming.
In a video released on the 10th, the two actresses displayed a comfortable rapport, calling each other 'unnie' (older sister). Park Ji-hyun expressed her gratitude, stating, "What I truly remember is how she says the right words exactly when I need them. It felt like she knew me so well. When I struggled with acting, as a person, or physically, she offered words of encouragement and comfort when I felt down."
Kim Go-eun reciprocated the warmth, sharing her touching experience with a gift from Park Ji-hyun. "When we finished the final shoot, Ji-hyun gave me a long handwritten letter and clothes. I hadn't prepared anything, and I was so moved I read it in the car several times," she recalled, a sentiment that even drew envy from co-star Uhm Tae-goo.
Kim Go-eun debuted with the film 'A Muse' and quickly gained attention for her nuanced acting skills. She has since showcased a wide acting spectrum in numerous projects including the dramas 'Guardian: The Lonely and Great God' and 'The King: Eternal Monarch,' and the films 'Tune in for Love' and 'Hero.' She is widely beloved by the public for her stable performances and unique aura.
