Shin-ji Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors: 'My Jaw, My Nose Are Mine!'

Singer Shin-ji has directly responded to speculation about plastic surgery.

In a YouTube video released on the 10th, she stated, "People keep saying I had my jaw shaved and my nose done, but looking at it, it doesn't seem like a sculpted jaw," emphatically clarifying, "This is my original face."

The video captured her preparations for an upcoming nationwide concert tour. Shin-ji explained, "With the national tour starting this week, I wanted to manage my appearance to look even prettier on stage," adding, "As I'm now 45, I want to present a more youthful look to my fans."

During a dermatology consultation, she voiced her concerns, saying, "I think smile lines are forming because my skin is sagging, and I'd like that lifted," to which the specialist commented, "Your skin elasticity is good overall, and your facial structure is naturally well-balanced."

Shin-ji also shared, "In the past, I had a lot of fat in my eyelids, making them look puffy even when I was just a little tired. But as I've gotten older, the area around my eyes has sunken in, and my cheeks have become thinner."

Meanwhile, Shin-ji recently announced her upcoming marriage to singer Lee Jong-won, with the wedding planned for the first half of next year.

Shin-ji debuted in 1998 as the main vocalist of the co-ed group Koyote.
