Broadcaster Park Ji-yoon has shared an update on her recent passion for running, capturing the attention of many.

On the 14th, Park Ji-yoon posted several photos on her social media account, accompanied by the caption, "Starting with a running session by the sea in Pohang and finishing with a Han River run in Seoul today. I feel like I'm living the 'god-life,' as they say these days."

She further elaborated, "After watching the movie '#Face' recommended by people I met at a film festival, I shared my thoughts and then ran along the Han River, carrying that good feeling with me. I felt potential for growth, realizing I might be able to run beyond 3 kilometers for the first time, and my ankle has improved significantly, so I didn't experience pain before or after my workouts."

Park Ji-yoon added, "It was a weekend where I received great energy from incredibly positive people, so I've booked myself for a deep sleep tonight."

The accompanying photos show Park Ji-yoon in athletic wear during a night run, smiling brightly at the camera. A note that reads 'Two runs completed this morning and evening' was also visible.

Notably, Park Ji-yoon had previously announced on social media that she was undergoing the 'Switch-On Diet.' Her noticeably slimmer physique is a testament to her consistent self-management.

Meanwhile, Park Ji-yoon is raising one son and one daughter following her divorce from announcer Choi Dong-seok. She is also set to appear in the Netflix variety show 'Crime Scene Zero,' scheduled for release on the 23rd.
