On the latest episode of SBS's 'Running Man', host Yoo Jae-seok shared an amusing behind-the-scenes story from serving as the officiant at his close friend Kim Jong-kook's wedding. The segment aired on the 14th.

During the broadcast, fellow member Ji Suk-jin jokingly expressed concerns about the difficulty of curating the guest list for Kim Jong-kook's wedding. Kim Jong-kook humorously responded by saying Ji Suk-jin was excluded, which led to laughter among the cast.

However, the highlight for viewers was Yoo Jae-seok's account of his experience. He revealed his initial surprise when Kim Jong-kook asked him to officiate, having misunderstood the request as being related to Jong-kook's 30th-anniversary concert. Despite the scheduling conflict with his own recording, Yoo Jae-seok vowed to rearrange his schedule to be there and confidently boasted about his officiating skills.

Adding to the amusement, Yoo Jae-seok brought up a 12-year-old promise he made to attend Kim Jong-kook's wedding wearing a 'fish skewer' on his lapel. He then presented photographic evidence, showing himself actually wearing dried fish skewers pinned to his suit at the wedding, thus fulfilling his quirky pledge. The other 'Running Man' members cheered at his dedication to the promise.

Yoo Jae-seok is a prominent South Korean television presenter and comedian, widely regarded as the 'Nation's MC'. He has hosted numerous hit variety shows for decades, earning immense popularity for his quick wit and exceptional hosting skills.
