Starship Entertainment's highly anticipated project, 'Debut’s Plan,' has culminated in the official debut of the new boy group IDID today, the 15th.

IDID will release their first mini-album, 'I did it.,' at 6 PM KST, marking their formal entry into the music industry. The group is set to hold a debut showcase, signaling their grand entrance as a global idol group, and anticipation is high for their first steps.

With an average age of 18, IDID is positioning themselves as 'High-End Fresh Idols.' Even before their debut, the members captivated fans with their unique charm through various self-produced content across SNS and YouTube. Their 8-week-long reality series, 'Fly IDID,' showcased distinct personalities, from leader Jang Yong-hoon's appetite to Kim Min-jae's dual nature on and off stage, further fueling excitement for their launch.

Recognized as 'completable idols,' IDID consists of seven members selected for their excellence in dancing, singing, fan communication, and overall expressiveness. Having honed their skills through numerous stage missions and live broadcasts on 'Debut’s Plan,' they have even performed on the 'M COUNTDOWN' stage at 'KCON LA 2025' in Los Angeles, proving their readiness to compete in the 5th generation K-pop scene.

The debut album, 'I did it.,' conveys a message of finding brilliance even in imperfection. The title track, 'Willfully Brilliant,' features a free and energetic sound complemented by the members' refreshing vocals, embodying IDID's youthful spirit. The album boasts a total of eight tracks, produced in collaboration with global hitmakers, ensuring a top-tier release that could feature multiple title tracks.

IDID will hold a media showcase at 2 PM and a fan showcase at 8 PM today at the Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul. Following their debut activities, they plan to open a pop-up store to engage more closely with their fans.

IDID is a seven-member boy group comprising Jang Yong-hoon, Kim Min-jae, Park Won-bin, Chu Yu-chan, Park Sung-hyun, Baek Jun-hyuk, and Jung Se-min. The group name, IDID, stands for 'I did it,' signifying their strong determination to achieve their goals. They have actively communicated with fans through various online platforms since before their debut, building significant recognition.
