K-pop legends BIGBANG are set to make a highly anticipated return to the global stage, having been confirmed for the prestigious 'Coachella 2026' music festival. This marks their comeback after a six-year hiatus.

The official lineup, revealed on the festival's website, includes BIGBANG, generating significant buzz among fans worldwide. The festival is scheduled to kick off on April 10th next year in Indio, California.

Fans will recall that BIGBANG's planned performance at Coachella in 2020 was unfortunately canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year's appearance holds even more significance as 2026 also marks BIGBANG's 20th debut anniversary, promising a particularly meaningful performance for their dedicated fanbase. The group is slated to perform on April 12th and 19th.

Other notable artists announced for Coachella 2026 include Taemin, CATSSYE, with headliners such as Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G.

Coachella, an iconic music and arts festival since 1999, attracts over 300,000 attendees annually and serves as a nexus for music, fashion, and lifestyle trends. Previously, BLACKPINK made history as the first K-pop group to headline in 2023, and members Jennie and Lisa, along with ENHYPEN, performed this year.

BIGBANG is renowned for their chart-topping hits like 'Lies,' 'Last Farewell,' and 'Bae Bae,' solidifying their status as a seminal K-pop group since their 2006 debut. Their distinctive musical style and powerful stage presence have garnered a massive international following. Each member has also achieved considerable success through their individual endeavors.
