K-pop legends BIGBANG are set to return to the prestigious Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival next year, marking their 20th anniversary.

Coachella's official lineup announcement on January 16th (local time) revealed that BIGBANG is scheduled to perform on April 12th and 19th, 2026. The group will appear as a trio, consisting of G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung, with T.O.P not participating following his departure from the group in 2023.

G-Dragon fueled fan anticipation by posting "B to the I do the BANG" on his official social media. He further expressed his excitement for the upcoming performance through a secondary account, exclaiming, "Kkiiyayaaaak!"

Beyond BIGBANG, other K-pop acts are also slated to perform at Coachella 2026. HYBE's U.S.-Korea collaborative girl group, KATseye, will take the stage on April 10th and 17th, while SHINee's Taemin is scheduled for April 11th and 18th.

This Coachella appearance holds particular significance for BIGBANG, as their planned performance in 2020 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This reunion, six years in the making, is expected to garner immense global attention.

The 2026 Coachella Festival will run from April 10th to April 19th in Indio, California.

BIGBANG debuted in 2006 and has consistently redefined K-pop with their innovative music and fashion-forward style. Each member has also achieved significant success as solo artists, significantly elevating K-pop's global profile. This upcoming Coachella performance is a landmark event celebrating their two decades in the music industry.
