Baekga, a member of the popular K-pop group Koyote, has candidly shared his past experiences with severe hazing during his time as a dancer.

Appearing on the KBS CoolFM radio show 'Park Myung-soo's Radio Show' on the 18th, Baekga, alongside fellow guest Lee Hyun-yi, participated in the 'Speaking Your Mind' segment where they revealed anecdotes from their rookie days.

"When I was a dancer, the rules were incredibly strict," Baekga confessed. "We would gather talented dancers from the neighborhood, but they wouldn't let us use the same mirrors in the practice room. I always had to practice in a corner with a cracked mirror. Even at broadcasting stations, I could only watch rehearsals from the very back."

Baekga further revealed that if asked to dance, he had to perform immediately without any backing track, a statement that greatly surprised Lee Hyun-yi. Park Myung-soo also chimed in with his own experience, saying, "When I first joined the comedians' office, senior Lee Kyung-gyu would tell me to do an impersonation of Lee Seung-chul on the spot, and I had to do it instantly."

Lee Hyun-yi, recalling her debut as a model, added, "During fashion shows, there weren't enough chairs, so juniors couldn't sit. If clothes were hung on hangers, newcomers would sit underneath them while waiting." This painted a picture of the challenging environment back then.

Baekga concluded by sharing, "We didn't have separate waiting rooms either, so we sometimes sat on mats spread out in the broadcasting station corridors. I remember working hard all day just to appear on stage for three minutes."

Baekga joined Koyote in 2004 and has been an active member since. He is beloved for his exceptional dancing skills and sense of humor, and has expanded his public recognition through various entertainment programs.
