Lim Young-woong Fan Club 'Raon' Continues Generosity with 51st Donation Event

The fan club 'Raon' from the dedicated fanbase of singer Lim Young-woong, known as 'Yeongung Shidae Bongsananeumbang ♡Raon♡', continued its heartwarming acts of kindness throughout September.

On September 20th, members of Raon visited Rodem House in Yangpyeong, participating in their 51st meal service and donating items worth approximately 2.41 million KRW. Rodem House is a facility that cares for children with severe disabilities, and Raon has been a consistent supporter, providing not only meal expenses and supplies but also actively engaging in kitchen volunteer work by preparing food themselves.

This particular visit coincided with a small music festival held at Rodem House. To celebrate the occasion, Raon prepared an elaborate and diverse menu for the children, including charcoal-grilled marinated pork ribs, beef and cabbage soybean paste soup, japchae, shrimp and vegetable pancakes, ham pancakes, fruit salad, sweet potato and lotus root candied treats, and celebratory rice cakes. Additionally, they provided snacks, candies, juices, fresh fruits like bananas, nectarines, Shine Muscat grapes, and oranges, along with 12kg of premium Korean beef brisket.

To accommodate the earlier mealtime due to the festival preparations, the members departed from Seoul in the early morning, arriving in Yangpyeong to begin their culinary efforts. Despite the tight schedule, they skillfully prepared numerous complex dishes, from grilling meat and simmering soup to making japchae, pancakes, and candied treats, ensuring a delicious meal for the children. Witnessing the children enjoy their food and head to the festival with smiles brought the members a profound sense of fulfillment and joy.

Over the past 52 months, Raon has consistently extended their support to various organizations, including Rodem House, slum villages, Yongsan Box Village, Seoul Children's Welfare Association, 'People Selling Hope', and Seoul National University Children's Hospital. Their cumulative donations have now reached an impressive 183.13 million KRW.

Lim Young-woong recently concluded his solo concert tour 'IM HERO TOUR 2023' with great success, creating special moments with fans across the country. His music offers comfort and inspiration to many, earning him widespread adoration. He continues to prove his enduring popularity, ranking first in the September 2023 Singer Brand Reputation.
