Actress Go Joon-hee has announced her plans for an independent move, revealing her intention to relocate to the ultra-luxury apartment complex 'Acrow Seoul Forest' in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
In a video shared on her YouTube channel 'Go Joon-hee GO' on the 22nd, Go Joon-hee expressed her desire to live independently now that her parents' health has improved. Pointing out the window in the video, she stated, "I'm moving there now," indicating her new residence, which appears to be 'Acrow Seoul Forest' located beyond 'Galleria Foret'.
Completed in 2020, 'Acrow Seoul Forest' is a landmark complex in Seongsu-dong, featuring a total of 280 units. Its design maximizes the viewing experience, with every unit offering panoramic views of Seoul Forest and the Han River. While transaction volumes are not high, market prices for units around 91-273㎡ are reported to be in the 8 to 9 billion won range, with some listings asking for up to 10 billion won. Even the rental prices are in the billions of won.
