Amidst ongoing controversies regarding issues like restroom backflow and breakdowns on the Han River ferry, MBC's 'Homeseekers' will directly board the ferry for a property inspection trip.

The episode airing on the 25th will feature a special segment titled 'Commuting Inspection via the Han River.' This initiative aims to offer a new breakthrough for the congested commutes in Seoul. Joining the inspection are singer Paik Ga, who hails from Itaewon, Lucky from India, and Leo from Finland, accompanied by team leader Kim Sook.

Lucky, originally from India, emphasized the importance of bathrooms in a good home, stating that having a bathroom in every room and an additional guest bathroom is standard, with a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom layout being highly regarded in India. Leo from Finland shared that a sauna is a must-have in Finnish homes and that Friday sauna sessions are a cultural tradition. Upon hearing about Seoul's apartment prices, Leo remarked, 'Seoul's housing prices seem crazy. It's very burdensome for foreigners because loans are difficult to obtain. You have to pay entirely in cash.'

The four then head to Oksu-dong for their next inspection, traveling by Han River ferry. Kim Sook introduced the ferry as being benchmarked after London's River Bus. Leo recalled riding a water bus in Brisbane, Australia, and they engaged in a conversation about unique public transportation systems worldwide.

Upon disembarking at Oksu Ferry Terminal, Kim Sook described Oksu-dong as a representative hillside village in Seoul, which served as the backdrop for the drama 'Seoul's Moon.' She explained that significant redevelopment occurred after the opening of Oksu Station in 1985, and redevelopment and reconstruction projects are still underway. Paik Ga shared anecdotes from his mother about housing prices in Hannam-dong in the 1980s, expressing surprise at the figures.

The episode will showcase a second home in Geumho-dong, owned by someone residing in Italy. The interior is designed to resemble a medieval European palace, offering a unique visual experience. Particularly noteworthy is the stunning view of the Han River and the 'L' Tower visible from the living room, raising viewer anticipation.

'Homeseekers' airs every Thursday at 10 PM.
