It has been revealed that Jimin, a member of the global sensation BTS, has generously donated 100 million Korean Won (approximately $80,000 USD) to a scholarship fund. The heartwarming news came to light on the 25th.

According to the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education, Jimin, through his father, recently made the significant contribution to the 'Love Scholarship Foundation' under the provincial education office. His father reportedly expressed the intention to donate in July and delivered the funds thereafter.

"We are deeply grateful for this warm sharing for the future of our children," said Yoo Jeong-gi, acting Superintendent of the Jeonbuk Office of Education. "The donated scholarship funds will be carefully distributed to students in need."

This marks the sixth consecutive year Jimin has donated 100 million KRW to an educational institution. Starting with the Busan Office of Education, his consistent acts of kindness have set a powerful example for many, extending now to Jeonbuk.

Beyond this latest donation, Jimin has previously gifted 100 million KRW to Rotary International for children suffering from polio worldwide. He also became a member of the 'Green Noble Club,' a high-donor society, by donating over 100 million KRW to the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation on his birthday. His father has also actively participated in philanthropy, donating approximately 76 million KRW to their hometown over the past three years, amplifying their positive influence together.

Jimin is recognized as a member of 'Honor Society,' a group of high-value donors for the 'Korea Food for the Hungry International.' His philanthropic spirit extends to supporting various causes for children and youth. His continuous commitment to giving back reflects a deep-seated desire to make a positive societal impact.
