RBW Expands K-Pop Industry Experience Programs to Foster Next-Generation Talent

On April 4th, RBW hosted a special K-pop session for participants of 'Deutsche Bank NextGen APAC Seoul 2025'. Managing Director Song Jun-ho and Producer Yoon Young-jun introduced the K-pop production process and the Korean entertainment agency system, attracting keen interest from international attendees.

Following this, on April 25th, participants of Australia's MONASH EMBA program visited RBW's headquarters. They received lectures on RBW's business structure, the global standing of the Hallyu music industry, and management strategies, and experienced the competitiveness of the K-pop system through a headquarters tour.

The company is also actively running programs for domestic youth. On May 5th, a career exploration program was held for students of Anyang University, providing opportunities to explore various job roles and career paths through coffee chats with industry professionals.

RBW has been regularly operating the 'Enter-business Master Class' since 2016 and offers educational programs related to the K-pop and entertainment industry for participants of various ages and backgrounds.
