Actress Choi Kang-hee has candidly shared her thoughts on the effects of aging.

Appearing as a guest on the MBN and Channel S variety show 'Jeon Hyun-moo Plans 2' on the 26th, Choi Kang-hee visited a popular jokbal (pig's trotters) restaurant with her friends.

During the meal, host Jeon Hyun-moo asked if she often receives compliments on her youthful appearance. Choi Kang-hee initially demurred, saying, "Everyone looks youthful these days." However, she soon admitted, "Honestly, I can definitely feel myself getting older. I notice it when I look in the mirror at home, or when I buy clothes that look different on me compared to how a younger person wears them."

Jeon Hyun-moo related, "I can't stay up past midnight anymore. I used to stay out all night." Choi Kang-hee agreed, mentioning, "There comes a point where you just want to sleep soundly. I think waking up naturally in the morning is also a sign of getting older."

Choi Kang-hee also revealed her newfound passion for running, explaining, "When I run, stress is healthily released, and after showering, I feel invigorated and healthier." She described the sensation as refreshing, comparing it to a palate cleanser.

Addressing her concerns as a woman in her late 40s, she expressed a desire for a close confidante like Lee Hyori or Hong Hyun-hee. "There was a time I felt lonely, but now living alone scares me," she confessed. "It feels like the phase of loneliness, like adolescence, has passed, and I regret it."

Born in 1977, Choi Kang-hee is 47 years old internationally. She debuted in 1995 with the MBC drama 'The Partner' and has maintained a consistent acting career. In 2019, she also showcased her directorial talent by writing and directing the short film 'Fever'.
