Kangnam Reveals Shocking Moment Wife Lee Sang-hwa Called His Bank Account 'Pocket Money'

Broadcaster Kangnam shared a humorous anecdote about his wife, speed skater Lee Sang-hwa, revealing his surprise at her financial prowess.

Appearing on MBC's entertainment show 'Point of Omniscient Interfere' (Point of View) on the 27th, Kangnam discussed his YouTube channel's growth and some amusing details from his married life.

Upon waking, Kangnam was immediately seen checking his YouTube view counts, demonstrating his dedication. He recalled, "When I first started YouTube, my company said reaching 150,000 subscribers in a year would be difficult." He added, "But within a year, it grew to 500,000 to 600,000 subscribers," drawing attention.

He then recounted merging bank accounts with Lee Sang-hwa after their marriage. Kangnam stated, "When I looked at Lee Sang-hwa's bank account, it was five times larger than mine." He further elaborated, "She has over 300 gold medals and still holds world records."

When he showed her his account, Kangnam shared that Lee Sang-hwa had told him, "Oppa, it's okay. Just consider it pocket money," which sent the panelists into fits of laughter. Kangnam remembered being astonished by her wealth at the time, saying, "It really felt like my earnings were just pocket money," creating a hilarious moment.

Kangnam married speed skater Lee Sang-hwa in 2019. In addition to his singing career, he is actively engaged in various variety shows. He also shares his daily life through his YouTube channel 'The Return of Superman', receiving much love from fans.
