Actress Suzy has captivated audiences by revealing her surprisingly unconventional daily routines on the YouTube channel 'DdeunDdeun's' podcast, 'Choosing Fay' (Pinggyego).

Appearing to promote her upcoming Netflix series 'Everything Will Be Alright' alongside co-star Kim Woo-bin, Suzy shared insights into her sleeping habits. When asked about her sleep schedule, she confessed, "I only sleep for about 4 hours."

Her revelation reached peak surprise when she disclosed that on the very day of the 'Choosing Fay' recording, she had only slept from 2-3 AM and woken up at 5 AM, leaving hosts Yoo Jae-suk and Yang Se-chan in disbelief. Suzy mentioned she enjoys naps but due to her busy schedule, can only manage an hour, adding, "I actually feel more tired if I sleep too long."

Conversations then shifted to breakfast preferences, where Suzy admitted, "I love ramyeon." This statement astonished Kim Woo-bin and Yang Se-chan, who questioned her choice for a morning meal. Kim Woo-bin remarked, "She eats such stimulating food often, I don't know how she manages it," while Yoo Jae-suk noted he refrains from ramyeon on an empty stomach. Suzy defended her choice, stating, "Eating ramyeon makes me feel full and satisfied."

When Kim Woo-bin playfully exposed her tendency to eat cup ramyeon or kimchi stew on set, Suzy declared, "I'm trying to cut back a bit now. I'm going to focus on my health." However, when questioned if she had ever eaten ramyeon for all three meals in a day, she readily admitted, "Yes. I ate it with different variations. I just love noodles so much," highlighting her deep affection for the dish.

Suzy debuted in 2010 as a member of the K-pop girl group miss A, quickly gaining attention for her striking visuals and performance skills. She successfully transitioned into acting, building a notable career in television and film. Her multifaceted talent continues to shine across both music and acting endeavors.
