Kang Tae-oh and Kim Se-jeong to Lead MBC's New Fantasy Romance Sageuk 'When the Moon Rises'

MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama, 'When the Moon Rises,' is set to premiere on October 31st, promising a captivating fantasy romance sageuk.
