Actress Lee Young-ae reminisced about her early days in the entertainment industry, even apologizing to fellow actor Lee Byung-hun during a recent appearance on the YouTube channel ‘Zzanhanhyung Shin Dong-yup’.

Appearing as a guest alongside actors Kim Young-kwang and Park Yong-woo from the upcoming KBS 2TV drama ‘A Good Day to Be Born’, Lee Young-ae shared the story behind her acting debut. She revealed that her first-ever part-time job in college was a catalog photoshoot where she encountered Lee Byung-hun.

During the anecdote, Lee Young-ae playfully confessed, "I'm so sorry, Byung-hun sshi, but the friend sitting next to you was even more handsome." She recalled that the other person present was actress Park Sun-young, adding another layer to her nostalgic story. She eventually transitioned into acting after being cast as a cosmetic model.

Meanwhile, Lee Young-ae is set to return to the small screen in the new KBS 2TV Saturday-Sunday drama ‘A Good Day to Be Born’, scheduled to premiere on September 20th. The series will see her play Kang Eun-soo, a mother determined to protect her family, alongside co-stars Kim Young-kwang and Park Yong-woo.
