Sunmi Expresses Disappointment Over Missing Wonder Girls Reunion Photo: 'That Should Have Been My Spot'

Girl group Wonder Girls recently announced reunion news, sparking excitement among fans. However, the absence of member Sunmi from a group photo left many disappointed.

Addressing the situation on the YouTube channel 'Salon Drip 2' on the 9th, Sunmi explained her inability to attend. "I couldn't make it due to a schedule conflict," she stated. "Seeing the complete group photo in the thumbnail, I thought, 'That should have been my spot.' The aura of the full group together is truly different."

Sunmi emphasized her strong bond with her fellow Wonder Girls members, recalling their challenging times during their US expansion. She also referred to an ankle injury sustained during their active years as a "badge of youth" and expressed heartfelt gratitude to her fans. She even shared a heartwarming story about singing a congratulatory song at the wedding of a couple who met as fans during the Wonder Girls' era.
