TV CHOSUN's first-ever birth-themed variety show, ‘Hello, Baby Again!’, has returned with its regular broadcasting, and hosts Jang Seo-hee and Son Min-soo, representing the 'Birth Correspondents,' have sent a video message to the President, calling for changes in the nation's birth support policies.

During the broadcast on the 16th, the show unveiled the birth of quadruplets. The mother of the quadruplets shared the difficulties of carrying and delivering multiple babies, expressing concerns about the financial burden of supporting four children, especially given the delayed disbursement of the 'First Meeting Benefit' provided by the government, which often takes weeks to process after birth.

Adding to the challenges, all four babies were expected to be born underweight, making them ineligible for fetal and child insurance. Furthermore, the mother's past medical history complicated insurance applications, leaving the family uninsured. Host Park Soo-hong expressed his dismay, stating, "Taxes should be used where insurance is more desperately needed."

Jang Seo-hee and Kim Chan-woo emphasized the need for systemic changes. Son Min-soo, who is expecting twins himself, sent a video message to the Minister of Health and Welfare, requesting improved support for fetal insurance. Jang Seo-hee also appealed to politicians, including the President, asking them to create a society where working mothers can feel more at ease.

Meanwhile, after a high-stakes delivery with the support of over 20 medical professionals, the quadruplets were safely born and are currently recovering in the NICU, offering viewers a profound sense of the miracle of life.

Jang Seo-hee is a veteran actress who debuted in the 1990s and has consistently pursued her acting career. She is widely loved for her distinctive characters in sitcoms and dramas. Beyond acting, she is actively engaged in various variety shows.
