Kangnam Recalls Past Regrets, Admitting 'I Regretted It for a Year'

Entertainer Kangnam shared a past dating anecdote, revealing a moment he deeply regretted.

In a YouTube video uploaded on the 18th from the channel 'Neighborhood Friend Kangnam,' Kangnam actively encouraged a new PD to approach a woman who seemed to be his ideal type.

Kangnam urged the new PD, saying, "Talk to her, ask for her number," and "She's so beautiful, ask if she has a boyfriend. If it were me, I would have gone right over." However, when the new PD hesitated, citing he hadn't shaved and it wouldn't be polite, Kangnam expressed frustration, stating, "How do you date by being polite? At least get her Instagram ID."

When the senior PD commented, "People like this tend to regret it later," Kangnam suddenly recalled his own past experience.

He confessed, "That's right. I still have something I regret," adding, "I was walking in Hongdae and saw someone truly beautiful. I didn't talk to her then, and I still regret it." He further elaborated, "Anyway, I regretted it for a year back then," which elicited laughter. He also mentioned that he has no regrets now that he's married.

Kangnam also pursued a solo music career, releasing the album 'CHOCOLATE' in 2017. His exceptional variety show skills have made him a beloved figure across numerous programs. He married speed skater Lee Sang-hwa in 2020, receiving widespread congratulations.
