Singer Shin Seung-hun has expressed strong confidence in his upcoming 35th anniversary concert, promising a show that will encompass his entire career.

At a press conference held on the afternoon of the 22nd at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the release of his 12th full album 'SINCERELY MELODIES,' Shin Seung-hun announced his plans.

He is scheduled to meet with fans through his 35th anniversary solo concert, ‘2025 THEShin Seung-hunSHOW SINCERELY 35,’ on November 1st and 2nd at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul.

Regarding the coincidence of the concert date falling on his debut anniversary, November 1st, Shin Seung-hun shared, "When I looked at the calendar, November 1st happened to be a public holiday. This has never happened before. I lost two senior artists I admired on the day I debuted, so that date has always been important to me and to fans. November 1st always feels like a festival. I wanted to hold a concert on my 35th anniversary, and it turned out to be a holiday. I felt I absolutely had to do it."

He further elaborated on his venue choice, stating, "The venue is limited. While searching for available spaces on November 1st, I found the Olympic Hall, where I've performed many times. Fans really liked it when I performed there because I could do a variety of stages." He added, "I plan to put on a real show that day."

Shin Seung-hun particularly emphasized that this concert would be a comprehensive showcase. "I've reviewed everything I've done in my concerts so far. I watched videos going back to 1994. I realized, 'Ah, I did this back then,' and 'People really liked that.' I'm going to do it all again. It's not philosophical; I plan to stage everything that fans loved the most. I think this will truly be a variety show. The important thing is that even someone attending my concert for the first time will be able to see how I've been holding concerts through this performance," he added, further raising expectations.

Shin Seung-hun, widely known as the 'Emperor of Ballads,' has maintained his popularity since the 1990s as a beloved singer-songwriter. He has crafted his unique musical identity by personally handling lyrics, composition, and arrangement. The release of his 12th album and the 35th-anniversary concert mark a significant milestone in his musical journey.
