Lee Hyun-yi recently sustained the injury while filming the SBS show 'Shooting Stars' (original title: 'Gol Ddaerineun Geunyeodeul'). On the 16th, she had previously shared, "I got a nasal fracture due to over-enthusiasm during a soccer game. I'm taking a short break from soccer and doing various things I couldn't do before. Thankfully, I've recovered well and my nose is back to normal. Thank you to everyone who worried!"
She also revealed on her YouTube channel, "My nose got broken. I was in seclusion for a month recovering. As soon as the splint was removed, I started filming." She added, "They performed a procedure to set the bone back into its original shape. It takes about three months for swelling to completely subside. As I'm older, I need to be extra careful. The swelling has gone down, and I'm feeling fine, so I've resumed my activities."
