10CM's Kwon Sang Yeop Becomes New MC for 'The Seasons', Shares Thoughts: 'Weaker Than Park Bo Gum... Will Be an MC Who Understands Singers' Hearts'

Singer Kwon Sang Yeop of 10CM has shared his feelings about becoming the new MC for KBS 2TV's music talk show, 'The Seasons'.

At the production presentation for 'The Seasons - 10CM's Touching Touch' held on the 5th at the KBS Art Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, Kwon Sang Yeop humbly stated, "I am weaker than Park Bo Gum in all aspects" when asked about the differences from previous MCs.

However, he highlighted his strengths, saying, "As a current musician, I have been familiar with KBS's late-night music programs for a long time, so I believe I can be an MC who deeply understands and empathizes with the hearts of the singers appearing on the show."

Kwon Sang Yeop previously revealed during his first recording, "I repeatedly wondered, 'Why was I chosen after Park Bo Gum?' This stage is not only special but also the most unstable, tense, and frightening," expressing his anticipation that his experience as a frequent guest will allow him to connect with artists' emotions better than anyone else.

The new season, titled '10CM's Touching Touch,' is set to premiere on the 5th at 10 PM.

Kwon Sang Yeop debuted in 2010 with the band 10CM and has released numerous hit songs such as 'What the Spring', 'Stalker', and 'Love in the Milky Way Cafe', receiving immense love.

He resonates strongly with the younger generation through his witty lyrics and emotional melodies, and has expanded his recognition through solo activities and various broadcast appearances.

Before taking on the MC role for 'The Seasons', he had appeared on the show multiple times as part of 10CM.
