Lee Young-ae Surprises with Love for Beer and Salty Tastes on 'Please Take Care of the Refrigerator'

Actress Lee Young-ae revealed an unexpected side to her palate on the JTBC variety show 'Please Take Care of the Refrigerator,' drawing significant attention.

Appearing on the show last Sunday, Lee Young-ae captivated viewers with her timeless elegance and calm demeanor. However, she stunned the audience by admitting her fondness for beer and a preference for salty flavors.

Lee Young-ae tasted dishes prepared by the chefs for her co-guest, Kim Kwang-joong. After sampling a French fish cake called 'quenelle' by chef Yoon Nam-no and a steak burger by chef Choi Hyun-seok, she offered a contrasting opinion to Kim Kwang-joong, who found Yoon's dish a bit too salty.

"I think it's delicious. I don't find it salty? The cheese was just as salty," Lee Young-ae remarked with a cool attitude. She also highly praised Yoon's dish, commenting, "The smooth harmony of the brioche star and quenelle offers a unique taste I really like. It's a dish with adventurous spirit, something you can't find anywhere else."

When the hosts brought up her previous comment about her life being 'instant,' she cheerfully responded, "That's why I said that," before breaking into a bright smile, filling the studio with laughter.

Lee Young-ae, a celebrated actress, is known for her iconic role in the historical drama 'Dae Jang Geum'.

She married businessman Jung Ho-young in 2009 and is a mother to twins.
