Lee Hyo-ri Opens Yoga Studio in Seoul, Shares Humorous 'Picket Ting' Experience

Singer Lee Hyo-ri has shared her thoughts on opening a yoga studio in Seoul and conducting her first class. Appearing on MBC FM4U's 'Perfect Day Lee Sang-soon' in the 'Monthly Lee Hyo-ri' segment, she revealed her busy recent schedule, stating she had been 'making noise for a month.'

Lee Hyo-ri expressed surprise at the explosive interest in her Seoul yoga studio, contrasting it with the quiet operation of her Jeju Island studio. "I thought about it hastily and opened it, but Seoul is different," she candidly admitted regarding the media frenzy.

She also recounted her experience teaching after a long hiatus. "I couldn't remember things well after a long time. I was flustered about what to teach," she said, drawing laughter. On the 'picket ting' phenomenon where class passes sold out instantly, she humorously remarked, "Since they came to see me, I felt awkward telling them to close their eyes," adding, "When the class ended, they seemed to be thinking, 'Do I have to go?'"

Meanwhile, Lee Hyo-ri married singer-songwriter Lee Sang-soon in 2013 and lived in Jeju for 11 years before returning to Seoul last year. Her yoga studio opened on the 8th in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and its one-day classes, priced at 35,000 won, sold out immediately, sparking significant buzz.

Lee Hyo-ri debuted in 1998 with the girl group Fin.K.L. and has established herself as a leading female solo artist in Korea. Beyond her music career, she has excelled in variety shows and acting, earning widespread affection for her trendsetting fashion and candid, confident persona.
