Lee Min-jung Explains Why She Keeps Her Son Joon-hoo's Face Hidden

Actress Lee Min-jung has revealed the reasons behind her decision to keep her eldest son, Joon-hoo, who is entering adolescence, from public view.

In a recent YouTube upload on her channel 'Lee Min-jung MJ,' titled 'Lee Min-jung Life Explanation Session,' the actress addressed questions about her 12-year-old son.

Lee Min-jung stated, "While it might be exciting for him now if people recognize him, he might find it uncomfortable later in middle or high school. It would be better for him to make that decision himself when he becomes an adult, similar to how my father's profession was judged only after he became an adult," she explained. She also mentioned that although her son plays youth basketball and people could potentially recognize him, she plans to continue keeping his face private.

Lee Min-jung gained significant popularity after starring in the 2009 drama 'Boys Over Flowers.' She married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013 and they have one son together. Recently, she launched her personal YouTube channel, 'Lee Min-jung MJ,' to connect with her fans.
