Lee Ji-hye Suffers Terrifying Scare as Daughter Chokes on Fishbone

Singer Lee Ji-hye recently shared a harrowing experience where her second daughter nearly choked on a large fishbone.

Recounting the incident on her personal channel, Lee Ji-hye expressed her shock, stating, "My heart dropped. This is the first time something like this has happened in my life, and I still can't forget that scene."

The frightening event occurred during dinner. While feeding her children, her second daughter began crying, indicating something was stuck in her throat. Initially, Lee Ji-hye wasn't overly concerned, but the child's persistent crying signaled a potential emergency.

Upon checking, Lee Ji-hye discovered a large bone lodged in her daughter's throat. Acting quickly, she used tweezers to extract the bone, visibly shaken by the ordeal and concerned about the pain her child must have endured.

This close call led Lee Ji-hye to reflect on the profound and challenging nature of motherhood. She emphasized, "I realized that a child's life might depend on me. We are doing truly amazing work," adding, "I need some comfort too. I cried again."

Lee Ji-hye is married to accountant Moon Jae-wan, and they have two daughters.
