
Choi Eun-kyung Reveals Her Fitness Secrets at 50 on 'Baekban Haeng': 'I Focus on Muscle Mass, Not the Scale'
Broadcaster Choi Eun-kyung appeared on TV Chosun's 'The Master of Cooking Huh Young-man's Baekban Haeng' and shared her secrets to maintaining a toned physique.
During the broadcast, while enjoying eel soup with Huh Young-man, she responded candidly when he commented that she seemed to be far from the world of dieting.
"I don't diet. I don't do it because it's bothersome. I just exercise," Choi Eun-kyung stated. "In the past, I used to focus on losing weight, but now that I'm in my 50s, I focus on muscle mass rather than the number on the scale."
Having consistently exercised for nearly 20 years, Choi Eun-kyung is known for her dedication to Pilates and weight training, proudly displaying her firm abs on the show. When Huh Young-man inquired about her weight, given her impressive 174cm height, she humorously retorted, "You're asking about my weight here?", eliciting laughter from the audience.
