Park Han-byul Expresses Excitement for First Drama Return in 6 Years

Actress Park Han-byul has shared her thoughts on returning to the drama scene after a six-year hiatus.

Through her agency, Chani Entertainment, Park stated, "It's a drama I'm working on after six years, so excitement and nervousness coexist. While every drama has a healing element, 'The One from the Field' contains a deeply human and touching story."

She further expressed, "Especially the profound emotional connection between mother and daughter is special. I'm receiving great energy by immersing myself in the role of 'Ha Se-yeon'. I hope you tune in and experience the joys and sorrows together with us."

Park is currently filming for NBS Korean Agricultural Broadcasting's special drama, 'The One from the Field,' where she plays the lead role of 'Ha Se-yeon.' The series follows the episodes of a former top star who visits a rural village for a reality show. Park's signature clear and warm image is expected to resonate with viewers, offering comfort and a sense of excitement.

Amidst the sweltering weather, Park also gifted a coffee truck to the cast and crew, even setting up a banner humorously named after her character, 'Happy Ha Se-yeon,' showcasing her deep affection for the project. Her bright energy on set has been instrumental in fostering strong bonds and teamwork with the production team.

Park Han-byul debuted in the 2002 film 'Wishing Stairs,' marking the beginning of her acting career. She has since showcased a diverse range of performances across dramas and films.
