Actor Lee Byung-hun has shared his thoughts on successfully hosting the opening ceremony of the 30th Busan International Film Festival (BIFF).

At the red carpet event for the 34th Buil Film Awards held at Signiel Busan in Haeundae-gu, Busan, on the afternoon of the 18th, Lee Byung-hun spoke about the opening ceremony he hosted the previous day and the domestic premiere of his film 'It Can't Be Helped', which was the opening film.

He candidly admitted with a laugh, "I feel much more relaxed today. I truly realized yesterday that being an MC is no ordinary task."

He further expressed, "It was a gathering with filmmakers from around the world, and with over 3,000 film industry professionals in the audience, I was more nervous than ever, worrying about making mistakes." He added, "I'm so glad it seems to have passed without any major blunders, and it was wonderful to stand on stage to commemorate the 30th anniversary."

Regarding the domestic premiere of 'It Can't Be Helped', he shared, "I was very curious. I've watched the film with audiences in Venice and Toronto, and I was eager to see the reaction of Korean viewers. It was great to have that experience yesterday."
